An old house located in the town center of a rural area. These types of single-family homes, nestled among stone walls, are being reinvented with a special knack for overcoming the challenges inherent in this type of construction. We seek to reinvent architecture in rural areas, moving toward a more modern, contemporary, minimalist, and sustainable style, without sacrificing quality of life or the joy of living in nature.
Our client wanted a modern home that would blend in with the rural surroundings and allow them to enjoy the tranquility and quality of life of the village.
Combining modernity with a rural feel, making the most of natural light on a narrow lot, and incorporating green spaces both indoors and outdoors were the main challenges of the project.
We transformed this house into a modern home that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
We incorporated green spaces and made the most of natural light through an interior courtyard. We succeeded in creating a haven of well-being that combines tradition with modernity.
