That’s why, at our studio, we develop all our projects using the BIM-REVIT methodology: once the 2-dimensional (2D) design proposal for your home has been finalized, we’ll begin modeling it in 3D, exactly as it will eventually be built.

03 / TECHNICAL PROJECT

We prepare all the necessary technical information to submit to the local government and apply for a building permit.

04 / CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We regularly visit the construction site to supervise, monitor, and track the entire construction process. We manage the project budget and handle the bidding process.
