Heritage Home
- REHABILITATION
- LOCATION: Teruel
- Year: 2024
This project was particularly special for the studio, as the original house held great emotional value for the client. The challenge was to renovate the house without losing its essence, preserving its sentimental value while making it more modern and functional. Preserving the home’s emotional value and original character, while updating its materials and design to improve sustainability and comfort, were the project’s main challenges.
The house was transformed into a modern and comfortable home that still retains its original character, without altering the existing structure.
We introduced sustainable materials and redesigned the outdoor spaces, creating a setting that respects the past while being ready for the future.
